This site uses an online shopping cart order form that collects contact information (name, address, email address, credit card information) with the purpose of processing and shipping orders. Juxtapoze Clothez, does not sell or market email addresses, credit card information, and any personal information of our visitors and customers to other companies.

All transactions are processed through Authorize.Net. The Fraud Detection offered by Authorize.Net is The Fraud Detection Suite is a set of transaction filters and IP tools designed to help detect and prevent suspicious transactions. Fraud Detection Suite was designed to address the types of fraud experienced by merchants that process transactions online.
These Filters include:
◦ Amount Filter: Ability to set upper and lower transaction amount thresholdes
◦ Velocity Filter: Ability to limit the total number of transaction received per hour
◦ Suspicious Transaction Filter: Aids in the detection of highly suspicious transactions using proprietary identification criteria and transaction behavior analysis.
◦ Shipping-Billing Mismatch Filter: Ability to identify transactions with different shipping and billing addresses.
◦ Transaction IP Velocity Filter: Ability to identify excessive transactions received from the same IP address per hour.
◦ Authorized AIM IP Addresses : Ability to to list all server IP addresses that are authorized to submit Advanced Integration Method (AIM) transactions for your account.
◦ IP Address Blocking: Ability to to block transactions from IP addresses known to be used for fraudulent activity.
Return Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER!
We DO NOT except refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. No item that is used, soiled, or altered can be exchanged or refunded.
Any items that are sent for return that show any signs of wear will be immediately returned to you at your expense. Items that can be returned are dresses and some tops. Top returns are at the discretion of Bad Kitty.
If you need to return an item it MUST be in its original packaging with the TAGS ON IT!!! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY GARMENTS WITH OUT OUR TAGS!
You are required to notify Juxtapoze Clothez within 10 days of your purchase via email at juxtapozeclothez@hotmail.com regarding the return. At that time you will be given an RA # that you must include on your return. You will also be provided the address to send your return to. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of return authorizationJuxtapoze Clothez is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the returned merchandise and you will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order. If you would like to exchange your items for any reason (i.e. new size) please be advised that there is a $4.95 reshipment fee for domestic customers and $13.50 for international orders. If you do not follow the guidelines of our Return Policy, Juxtapoze Clothez reserves the right to refuse the return.
Shipping n Handling:
Once your order has been places please allow 24-48 hours for processing. In –stick orders will be mailed within 5-7 business days. All custom orders (depending on size of order) will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. No rush on orders! Please DO NOT CUSTOM ORDER THE WEEK BEFORE AN EVENT! August 1st, All orders are stopped, for the entire month in order to produce all requests taken for the playa. If it is past August 1st. Sorry people, see you next year!!
If you have a P.O. Box, we will have to ship your order through the U.S. Postal Service, and there may be a delay in shipping. This is not our fault!
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping: (within the U.S.A.) | 5-7 Business Days JuxtapozeClothez offers a flat rate shipping of $9.99. Order as much as you want and the cost will still be the same.
International Shipping: (outside of the USA) | 6-10 Business Days We offer a flat rate of $25.00 for all international orders. All orders are shipped either Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Juxtapoze Clothez reserves the right to choose the shipping method for each order processed.
